The Challenge
Claire Leotta, a solo attorney based in Philadelphia, PA, approached me with the critical challenge of having zero online presence. In today’s legal landscape, lacking a professional website is a significant barrier to establishing credibility, attracting new clients, and clearly communicating specialty areas. The project demanded I build her entire digital foundation from the ground up, starting with defining her personal brand identity—including logo creation, a professional color palette, and comprehensive brand guidelines. The ultimate goal was to design and develop a website that was not only modern and easy to navigate but also immediately conveyed her specific field of law and was simple enough for her to manage and update content independently.
Solution and Impact
My comprehensive solution began by creating a refined personal brand identity that positioned Claire Leotta as a trustworthy and family law expert. This process included developing a distinct logo and a professional color palette, and detailed brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all future communications. I then moved into wireframing a client-centric site structure that prioritized clear, direct pathways to her practice areas and contact information. The subsequent web design emphasized a clean, modern aesthetic that incorporated professional visuals and intuitive labeling, making her legal specialization immediately recognizable to visitors. Finally, I executed the full website theme development using a robust CMS platform. The resulting website is modern, extremely easy for clients to navigate, clearly defines her field of expertise, and is fully manageable by the client, allowing the client to easily add or change content, successfully establishing her authoritative online presence in the Philadelphia legal market.
